Summer Strength & Conditioning Program

Our Summer Strength & Conditioning Program is designed for all High School and Junior High athletes and will help them get stronger, quicker, and faster.  Run by our very own coaches, our Summer Strength & Conditioning Program includes lifting weights, speed & agility drills, plyometrics, and conditioning. 

We NEED all athletes wishing to participate in any of our athletic programs to be a part of our Summer Strength & Conditioning Program. This is a time when you get to work out with your fellow athletes, motivating one another, and working together to get ready for the upcoming year.
 

 ~ Open to all HIGH SCHOOL (incoming 9th - 12th grade) and JUNIOR HIGH (incoming 6th - 8th grade) athletes.

~ The REQUIRED Online Registration/Consent form and payment must be submitted before athlete can participate.  The fee is for the entire program (no matter how many workouts athlete attends).

 

SUMMER 2019 INFORMATION

Program Dates:  June 3 thru July 25

Cost ~ $75

Varsity Football (incoming 9th -12th Grades) ~ 7:30 to 8:30 am

High School (incoming 9th - 12th Grades) ~ 8:30 to 10:00 am

Junior High (incoming 6th - 8th Grades) ~ 10:00 to 11:30 am

NOTE:

NO WORKOUTS WILL BE HELD JULY 1 - 5
