Summer Strength & Conditioning Program
We NEED all athletes wishing to participate in any of our athletic programs to be a part of our Summer Strength & Conditioning Program. This is a time when you get to work out with your fellow athletes, motivating one another, and working together to get ready for the upcoming year.
~ Open to all HIGH SCHOOL (incoming 9th - 12th grade) and JUNIOR HIGH (incoming 6th - 8th grade) athletes.
~ The 2018 Summer Strength & Conditioning Program Workout Dates: May 29 - July 19.
~ The REQUIRED Registration/Consent form and payment must be turned in before athlete can participate. The fee is for the entire program (no matter how many workouts athlete attends).
