Fellowship Academy offers Continuous Enrollment to simplify re-enrollment for our current students. Rather than re-enroll each year, students will continue to be enrolled unless they are withdrawn or graduate. It's that simple! Continuous re-enrollment saves our parents precious time when it comes to re-enrolling for the next school year - the only thing that needs to be done is updating any information that may have changed (such as a home address or contact information) and acknowledgement of our Family Handbook policies.
We also know that a huge benefit of Continuous Enrollment is that our staff can plan our curriculum and schedule much earlier, giving us more time to prepare and plan for our students.
CONTINUOUS ENROLLMENT TIMELINE
Review Tuition & Fees Information ~ January
Opt Out Period ~ mid-January to the end of January
Apply for Personalized Tuition ~ February
Tuition Payments ~ June through May
All fees and tuition are paid though FACTS. Registration fees are billed in February, curriculum fees are billed in June, and tuition payments are billed June through May.
